<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone call availability time notification apparatus which can notify a user using a mobile terminal on the calling side of the status of a user on the called side, considering many cases that the user using a mobile terminal on the called side cannot answer a call. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When detecting an incoming call, a terminal device (telephone call availability notification device) on the called side specifies schedule information which includes the time of call termination between a schedule start time and a schedule finish time and detects the schedule finish time based on the predetermined schedule information and notifies a terminal device 1 on the calling side of the detected schedule finish time.
