<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage communication device installed irrespective of the differences of colors of consumables stored in a consumable storage container, capable of determining a classification of the color of the consumable storage container, and capable of transmitting information about the color to an image forming device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The information storage communication device stores a plurality of pieces of control information concerned in color materials of the plurality of colors, in an EEPROM 11, determines the color of the stored coloring material by a color settling means 14, and selects the control information corresponding to the determined color by a CPU 13, when attached to the image forming device, to be transmitted from a body communication part 12 to the image forming device.
