PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calculation device, method and program with which calculation amount of exponential for a finite body or expanded body of the finite body can be reduced. SOLUTION: Each of p-adic expansion part 51 and r-adic expansion part 52 subjects a power index q to p-adic expansion and subjects a coefficient q<SB>1</SB>to r-adic expansion, respectively. A first calculation part 54 refers to a calculation value storage table 53 and calculates S<SB>j</SB>for each j. The calculation value storage table 53 is for calculating S<SB>j</SB>value and stores values of products of each exponential of p with respect to all combinations of d bits.
