PURPOSE: A synthetic method of a pulverulent body and a manufacturing method of an electronic component are provided to manufacture the pulverulent body with high quality crystalline by producing subcritical reaction environment or supercritical reaction environment through a batch process. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic method of a pulverulent body comprises a step for producing subcritical reaction environment or supercritical reaction environment by using a solvent which is changed to a supercritical state in lower pressure and temperature than conditions of water, and water and a step for producing pulverulent body corpuscles during the fixed time. The solvent contains an organic solvent which is soluble in water. A manufacturing method of an electronic component includes a step for manufacturing elements of the electronic component by using the produced pulverulent body corpuscle.
