PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate the need for a user to particularly execute an operation for preventing an image formation apparatus from needlessly moving when using the image formation apparatus.

SOLUTION: The image formation apparatus A includes a first gear 100 and a second gear 110 rotating when a rotatably-arranged operation panel PA is rotated from a storage position to a non-storage position; the second gear 110 includes a lever 112 abutting on a switch 120 when the gears rotate; and the switch 120 transmits the abutting of the lever 112 to a control part 130. The control part 130 operates, in accordance with an electric signal from the switch 120, a motor 140 so that stopper members 160 abut on and press wheels of casters CA.
