<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper 100 which can adequately obtain a vibration reducing effect. <P>SOLUTION: The dynamic damper 100 includes a bracket 3 mounted on the center IT of a steering wheel 1 of a vehicle, a mass member 5 facing to the bracket 3 in the axial direction J of the steering wheel 1 and a plurality of rubber elastic bodies 6a dispersedly arranged between the bracket 3 and the mass member 5 and connecting the mass member 5 with the bracket 3, and further includes, in the center, a harness accepting hole 8 which accepts the harness H of the electric equipment arranged on the steering wheel 1.
