<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coolant feeding head for thermal cutting processing capable of efficiently cooling processing spots and sufficiently suppressing bad effects due to heat during processing. <P>SOLUTION: The coolant feeding head 100 for thermal cutting processing is inserted into a pipe and supplies a coolant to the inside of the pipe when cutting the pipe by irradiating a thermal cutting beam from the outside toward the circumferential wall of the pipe W from a thermal cutting processing head 12. The coolant feeding head 100 includes: a head body 100A having a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the inner circumference shape of the pipe; the injection nozzle 120 of the coolant arranged at the outer circumferential part of the head body; an inner passage 110 formed at the inside of the head body and feeding the coolant to each injection nozzle; and a rotary joint formed at the entrance of the inner passage and rotatably connecting the head body with an outer coolant feeding pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
