<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin client sensory performance management system managing response performance in a client directly associated with sensory quantity of a user, and detecting the deterioration in quality. <P>SOLUTION: The thin client sensory performance management system is provided with: a text input decision module (1) for capturing a packet to be transmitted from a client device to a server device, in a thin client system in which operation data to be processed by a client device are processed by a server device, and for deciding that a user has performed a text input operation to the client device; and a response packet detection module (2) for deciding whether or not a response packet is transmitted from the server device to the client device between two packets to be transmitted from the client device to the server device.
