<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely block a pathway to a supply opening without disturbing motion of a shutter. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The shutter 20 is disposed on a ventilation flue from an air distribution fan toward an air supply opening 14. The shutter 20 is rotatably supported at its lower end section, and rotated and driven to be located at a closing position to close an air passing opening 2a formed on the ventilation flue, and an opening position to open the passing opening 2a. A seal material 24 kept into contact with a contact section 2f at a casing side is disposed at a lower end section of the shutter 20. The seal material 24 is separated from the contact section 2f when the shutter 20 is moved from the opening position to the closing position, and kept into contact with the contact section 2f when the shutter 20 is located at the closing position.
