<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall mounting structure for an electronic apparatus in which a mounting plate is attached to an exposed intercom so as to be constructed into embedded box. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The wall mounting structure for an electronic apparatus comprises: an embedded box embedded in a wall surface; the electronic apparatus on which electronic components are mounted; and the mounting plate for fixing the electronic apparatus, wherein the electronic apparatus with the mounting plate attached thereto is attached to the embedded box. The embedded box comprises a front-side front wall to mount the electronic apparatus thereon and a box opening on the front wall for introducing a cable from the electronic apparatus into the embedded box. The mounting plate comprises a screw hole for attaching the electronic apparatus thereto. The mounting plate is formed longer than a vertical or horizontal opening distance of the box opening and formed shorter than a vertical or horizontal inside distance of the front wall inside the embedded box.
