<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation efficiency at high speed operation by reducing a mechanical loss, in an expander expanding fluid in an expansion chamber. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the expander 20 provided with an expansion mechanism 50 including movable members 75, 85 in which eccentric parts 30b, 30c of a shaft 30 are fitted and which eccentrically rotate, and fixed members 51, 52, 53, 71, 81 forming expansion chambers 72, 82 together with the movable members 75, 85, floating bushes 91, 92 are provided between the movable members 75, 85 and outer circumference surfaces of the eccentric parts 30b, 30c, or floating bushes 93, 94 are provided between bearing surfaces of the bearing members 51, 52 and an outer circumference surface of a main shaft 30a of the shaft 30.
