<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air from being shut in between the suction surface of a suction cup and a high polymer gel sheet, even if a person unskilled at the sticking work of the high polymer gel sheet performs the sticking work, while replacing the high polymer gel sheet, in a suction cup device for arranging the high polymer gel sheet on the suction surface of the suction cup. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The high polymer gel sheet 33 is detachably stuck to the suction surface 32 of the suction cup 30. An air bleeding hole 33a is formed in a plurality of positions different in the peripheral direction and in a plurality of positions different in the radial direction in the high polymer gel sheet 33. An air bleeding hole 33aa can also be formed at the center of the high polymer gel sheet 33. A positional dislocation preventive projection part 30a is formed in a plurality of positions different in the peripheral direction of the suction surface 32 of the suction cup 30, and a positional dislocation preventive hole 33b fitted with the positional dislocation preventive projection part 30a is formed in the high polymer gel sheet 33, and mutual positional dislocation of the suction cup 30 and the high polymer gel sheet 33 can also be prevented through the mutual fitting of the positional dislocation preventive projection part 30a and the positional dislocation preventive hole 33b.
