PURPOSE: A system and a method for processing payment settlement using an electronic money operating account and a recording medium thereof are provided to transfer electronic money of the cyber financial account to a cyber account of a payment settlement target when electronic money of a cyber financial account of a customer is larger than the payment settlement. CONSTITUTION: If a client requests to open a financial account for an electronic money operation through an offline financial agency, an electronic money operation account is opened. If the client requests payment settlement through a cyber space, it is checked whether electronic money of a cyber financial account of the client exceeds a payment settlement amount(1500). When the electronic money of the cyber financial account is larger than the payment settlement amount, the electronic money of the cyber financial amount is deposited in a cyber account of a payment settlement target(1540). |
