PURPOSE: A marine construction protective cover assembly and an installation method thereof are provided to prevent marine construction from being corroded due to seawater for long time by blocking the contact of the seawater and the marine construction. CONSTITUTION: A marine construction(20) protective cover assembly comprises a protective cover body(310), a first cover flange(320), a second cover flange(330), and a combining unit(400). The protective cover body protects the marine construction exposing to the seawater. The first cover flange installed at one side of the protective cover body has a first flange base portion and a first flange extension portion. The second cover flange installed at the other side of the protective cover body has the second flange base portion and the second flange extension portion. The combining unit couples the first flange extension portion and the second flange extension portion.
