PURPOSE: A cold air supply/ventilation system using a cooling fan apparatus is provided to broaden the application range of a cooling fan apparatus by connecting the cooling fan apparatus to an indoor space and an outdoor space through a duct. CONSTITUTION: A cold air supply/ventilation system using a cooling fan apparatus comprises an air intake line(10), an induction on-off valve(20), a cooling fan apparatus(30), an air supply line(40), an exhaust line(50), a ventilation on-off valve(60), an inner circulation line(70), and an internal circulating air on-off valve(80). The induction on-off valve controls the external air suction line. The inlet of the cooling fan apparatus is connected to the external air suction line. The air supply line supplies air, which has passed through the cooling fan apparatus, to the inside of a room. The exhaust line exhausts the indoor air. The ventilation on-off valve controls the exhaust line. The exhaust line and the air intake line are shielded, the air flows into the cooling fan apparatus through an inner circulation line.
