PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing overload of a small motor is provided to absorb inertia rotation power by installing a spring type cushion on a ball screw transfer bracket. CONSTITUTION: A ball screw(23) and an LM guide are installed on left and right transfer frames of a loading device. Upper and lower loading units are mounted on left and right transfer units. The left and right transfer units are connected to the ball screw and the LM guide by a ball screw transfer bracket(22) and an LM guide transfer bracket. First and second springs(32a,32b) are installed in the ball screw transfer bracket. When the left and right transfer units stop by left and right stoppers(26a), the first and second springs absorb the inertia rotation force of the small motor for the loading device.
