PROTEIN EXPRESSION VECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expression vector efficiently expressing a protein the expression of which has been difficult by a conventional vector: to provide a transformant obtained by introducing the expression vector: and to provide a method or the like for producing the protein by using the expression vector.

SOLUTION: The expression vector for expressing the target protein contains a DNA encoding the whole or a part of a transcription factor ATF2 (Activating Transcription Factor 2) protein, and an insertion site for the insertion of a DNA encoding the target protein so that the target protein may be expressed as a fused protein with the whole or the part of the ATF2 protein.
