<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract location information from image information and start an information page browsing function corresponding to the information page even when image information including location information for indicating a location of the information page disclosed on a network is displayed on a screen. <P>SOLUTION: When a two-dimensional code including the location position is displayed, an image of the two-dimensional code is recognized (step D4) and the location information is extracted on the basis of the recognition result (step D5).
