<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging circuit, a charging circuit control method and a charging circuit control program, capable of highly efficiently charging a storage battery by preventing the deterioration of the storage battery due to a fine charging current. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The charging circuit for charging a battery pack 2 with the power generated by a solar cell 1 includes: a switching element 5 for switching between a loop 2 through which a charging current flows from an inductance 4 to the battery pack 2 and a loop 1 through which the current returns from the inductance 4 to the solar cell 1 without intervention of the battery pack 2. A calculating section 8a calculates a switching time of the switching element 5 in advance from an opening voltage of the solar cell 1, a short circuit current and the performance of the inductance 4. A switching control section 8b transmits a PWM signal decided from the switching time calculated in advance by the calculating section 8a, thereby switching-controlling the switching element 5.
