PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of making either of at least two setting values, among a plurality of setting values relevant to a setting item as a setting candidate by an operation of a single-touch push button. SOLUTION: This image processing apparatus is provided with an operation device having a main control part 2, which performs a processing for assigning the setting item regarding an image processing function or the at least two setting values relevant to the setting items, to a single-touch input key provided on an operation panel of a UI 14 by data registration to a RAM 4; and a processing for switching the setting candidates of the setting values, according to the number of depressions when the single-touch input key to which the setting item or the setting values are assigned is depressed continuously.
