<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow stabilizer preventing deviance of a hole position even when a through-hole is formed and bent in an attachment section. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This hollow stabilizer 10 is formed substantially in a U-shape by bending a steel pipe material, and in its front ends, the attachment sections 18 crushed and worked into a plate-like shape are formed. In the attachment section 18, the through-hole 20 for fixing the attachment section to a vehicle body is arranged. The cross section of the attachment section 18 has a triple-layer structure partitioned by folded superimposed faces 36, 38 of a hollow section. That is, it has the triple-layer structure consisting of an upper layer section 42 positioned in the upper part of the superimposed face 36, an intermediate layer section 44 positioned between the superimposed faces 36, 38, and a lower layer section positioned in the lower part of the superimposed face 36.
