<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable radio terminal device reducing communication cost even when communication is established by directly connecting a line between terminals for large-capacity data communication and no discount is applied. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This portable radio terminal device includes: a user input control part 12 receiving operation input; a data folder 11a for storing content data; a telephone directory DB 11b for storing contract information including at least information on a communication fee for each of other portable radio terminal devices; a path retrieval control part 16 generating path information related to a communication path to be used for communication with a transmission destination based on the contract information of the transmission destination stored in the telephone directory DB 11b when the transmission destination is designated from among the other portable radio terminal devices; and a data transmission part 14 transmitting content data based on the path information generated by the path retrieval control part 16.
