<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode choke coil, wherein a difference in length between coils circulating the outer periphery of magnetic bodies at the center of a pair of spiral coils is small. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Relating to a common mode choke coil 20, a first coil interlayer connection conductor 12e1 and a second coil interlayer connection conductor 13e1 are arranged to adjoin each other in a region sandwiched between one draw-out part 13a of the second coil and the other draw-out part 13b, in the region circulating the outer periphery of a magnetic body 16c at the center. The difference in length between the first coil and the second coil that circulate the magnetic body 16c at the center is smaller.
