<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of safety and environment caused by the free fall of a toy after the termination of an air ejection with respect to the toy which is formed by combining a rubber balloon with a whistle body, and flies by air ejection pressure and makes whistle sound. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Thread is put through and connected to the hole of a flat part which is arranged at the opposite side end of a blowing opening in the whistle body connected to the rubber balloon.
