PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aluminum having a fine structure having a controlled shape and high aspect ratio about deepness and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The aluminum having the fine structure having a pit which has a rectangular opening shape having 1-10μlength of the short side and the ratio of (the long side length)/(the short side length) of≥1.5 and the high aspect ratio of (the depth)/(the sort side ) of≥1 and is formed by electrolytic etching in an aqueous solution containing chloride ion, is provided and its manufacturing method is provided.
