The arrangement (2) has spring bellows (4) comprising bellow walls (6) made of elastomer material. Conductive strips made of electrically conductive material are embedded in the spring bellows. A contact element comprises contact projections made of electrically conductive material i.e. metal. The contact projections penetrate the elastomer material of the bellows walls and are contacted with the conductive strips. The contact projections are arranged at a distance from one another in a direction of surface of the bellows walls.
