PURPOSE: A high caloric solid fuel producing device using animal and vegetable fat is provided to increase the number of calories while reducing the moisture content of solid fuel by substituting moisture of a poor quality hydrocarbon compound with fatty oil. CONSTITUTION: A high caloric solid fuel producing device includes the following: a fatty oil storage tank(10) storing animal or vegetable oil; a hydrocarbon compound storage hopper(20) storing a poor quality organic hydrocarbon compound; a combustor(11) changing the stored fatty oil into a liquid state; a hot-oil immersion evaporative dryer(30) producing the organic hydrocarbon compound which is substituted with fatty oil; a molder(40) molding and supplying the organic hydrocarbon compound; a foul smell gas separator(50) separating foul smelling gas, the fatty oil, and evaporated steam; and a deoiling device(60) removing some oil components. |
