PURPOSE: A cheering implement is provided to improve visual effect and auditory effect by forming an actuating unit and a decoration unit appeared and disappeared by the contraction and expansion of a corrugated pump. CONSTITUTION: A cheering implement comprises a main body(10), a corrugated pump(18), one or more actuating units(20), and decoration units(30). A receiving space is formed in the top of the main body. The corrugated pump is installed in the bottom of the main body. A recovery unit is installed on the inner surface of the corrugated pump. The actuating unit has a corrugated pipe and head units. The corrugated pipe is connected to the receiving space of the main body. The head units are installed in the front and rear ends of the corrugated pipe. The decoration units are installed along the circumference of the actuating units.
