PURPOSE: A low frequency stimulus pad is provided to apply low frequency stimulus to the skin of a user for enhancing injection effect of medicines of cosmetics, and to remarkably ease arthritis and muscular aches. CONSTITUTION: A low frequency stimulus pad comprises the following: a flexible base sheet(11); a medicine pad(24) including a medicine or a cosmetic to inject to a user through the skin on the upper side of the base sheet; and a low frequency generating unit(12) radiating low frequencies from one side of the base sheet. The low frequency generating unit includes: a battery; a low frequency oscillator supplying a low frequency electric current to an electrode unit(17); the electrode unit formed on the base sheet; and a fixing member(13) to fix the low frequency oscillator on the base sheet.
