PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a steel inclined ladder and stairs is provided to improve manufacturing efficiency by easily controlling the angle and interval of steps. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for manufacturing a steel inclined ladder and stairs comprises frame fixtures(10), a rack gear(20), step plates(30a,30b,30n), an angle regulator(30'), and step interval controllers(40). The frame fixtures fix each frame located in both sides of a steps or a ladder. The rack gear helps to regulate the angle of the steps inserted into the step plates. The angle regulator regulates the angle of the steps. The step interval controller controls the interval between the steps by being connected to each step plate.
