CONSTITUTION: A cooling fan(3), rotated by a motor, and an air intake fan(4) cool a motor(2) and absorbs outer air. An air inlet part(5) is installed outside an exhaust pipe(6) for discharging heated air in order to heat air sucked from the outside The preheated air which is transferred by a transport pipe(8) and filters foreign materials. The preheated air is moved to a heating part by the fan and is heated by a multi-stepped heater(11,11'). The heated air is discharged.
