PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to maximize the convection of the cold air by forming a plurality of vents on an optical cover. CONSTITUTION: A lighting device includes an LED(Light Emitting Diode)(110), a body unit(150), and a plurality of heat sinks(140). The LED emits light. The LED is attached to the body unit. The body unit is comprised of a stem part(120) and a plurality of branch parts(130). The plurality of branch parts is protruded from both sides of the stem part. The plurality of heat sinks is protruded from the body unit in the ceiling vertically. The optical cover is connected to the lower side of the lighting device. The plurality of vents is formed on the optical cover.
