PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve opening workability and to improve clean-up workability of a used napkin by eliminating release paper extending flutteringly in the longitudinal direction from an opened package sheet. SOLUTION: Each of wing-like flaps W and hip-holding flaps W<SB>B</SB>is folded toward a surface on a liquid permeable surface sheet 3 side. Release paper 11 for a wing slippage preventing adhesive layer releasably covers a pair of wing slippage preventing adhesive layers 8. Both lateral edges of the release paper 11 for the wing slippage preventing adhesive layer extend in the lateral direction further than the lateral edges of a napkin 1. The extending sections are bonded non-releasably to the inside of the package sheet 10. A tearing line 14 that can be torn in the longitudinal direction of the napkin 1 is formed on the release paper 11 for the wing slippage preventing adhesive layer. The hip-holding flaps W<SB>B</SB>have similar structures in which hip slippage preventing adhesive layers 8B are covered with the release paper 15 for a hip slippage preventing adhesive layer.
