PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmitting drive plate capable of improving the crack resistance of a rigidity adjusting hole, which solves the problem of a conventional technology. SOLUTION: This invention is a disk-like power transmitting drive plate 2 for transmitting the motive power outputted from the output shaft 1a of an engine 1 to a fluid transmission device 4. This power transmitting drive plate 2 is formed with a plurality of engine connecting holes 10 connected to the engine output shaft and formed in an inner peripheral part, a plurality of fluid transmission device connecting holes 12 connected to the fluid transmission device and formed in an outer peripheral part, and a plurality of rigidity adjusting holes 14 formed in an intermediate part between these inner peripheral part and outer peripheral part, and a flange 34 is formed in an edge part except for a part on the inner peripheral side of the rigidity adjusting holes.
