PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an exhaust pipe reducing a damage to the branch part of the exhaust pipe and a damage to parts on the upstream side of the exhaust pipe when a shock load acts on a rear part of a vehicle body from obliquely rearward. SOLUTION: This structure of the exhaust pipe of a vehicle is provided with the exhaust pipe (2) extended from an engine mounted in a vehicle front part to the branch section (24) of the vehicle rear part, and left and right branch pipes (25, 26) extended from the branch part to mufflers (5, 6) on both left and right sides. The branch part (24) is shifted to any of the left and right muffler (5) sides relative to the center in a vehicle width direction. The exhaust pipe is provided with upstream sections (2, 21) arranged linearly to a bent part (22) positioned in the center in the vehicle width direction in the vicinity of a rear end of a fuel tank, and an oblique part (23) arranged obliquely from the bent part to the branch part.
