<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard structure which enables wiring processing to be easily performed by providing an opening member with an openable/closable lid, without detaching the cover member of a wiring baseboard near an appropriate location from a base member, when performing wiring work in the wiring baseboard for internally housing wiring. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Characteristically, this wiring baseboard structure includes: the long base member which comprises a wiring storage part and a locking retainer part, continuing in a longitudinal direction, and which is fixed to the lower end of a wall surface; the cover member which has a locking protrusion for being detachably locked to the locking retainer part of the base member; and the opening member which has a locking piece for being locked to the locking retainer part of the base member, and which has the openable lid provided on the front side.
