PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pattern forming method for inkjet system capable of stably forming even wide linear patterns. SOLUTION: A recording head is controlled so as to allow a distance (dot pitch) p [μm] between the centers of adjacent droplets D to satisfy formula (1), assumed that the diameter of the droplet D before reaching the surface of a substrate is d [μm] and the contact angle of the droplet D to the substrate is θ[°] by controlling the recording head, and the percentage (vol.%) of a volatile solvent in a liquid is further controlled thereby.
