<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric assistant steering device using an electric motor, which can attain both of high output and size reduction, and completely applying the driving force to a steering shaft. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the electric assistant steering device, an axial type motor is used as a motor 200, an outer ring gear 130 is integrally mounted to the upper part face 211a of a rotor body 211, the outer ring gear 130 is engaged with planetary gears 120, and a sun gear 110 in which the steering shaft 20 is penetrated is engaged with the planetary gears 120 to apply the driving force of the motor 200 to the steering shaft 20, thus assisting the steering.
