<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating type sieve device improving accuracy of crushing of lumps of a sieving object material, and causing little accumulation on an oscillation bed due to viscosity or moisture content in the sieving object material. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A crushing device 20 is provided for crushing lumps of the sieving object material 300, the crushing device 20 including crushing parts 43 separatedly located at an upper part in relation to the oscillation bed 14 and impacting the lumps of the sieving object material 300, and a drive device driving the crushing parts 43. The crushing part 43 includes a rotary shaft 44A, a blade 47A unrotatably attached to the rotary shaft 44A, a rotary shaft 44B arranged in parallel to the rotary shaft 44A in the tilted direction of the oscillation bed 14, and blades 47C, 47D unrotatably provided to the rotary shaft 44B. The drive device integrally rotates the rotary shaft 44A and a drive gear by an electric motor, and drives the rotary shaft 44B by a driven gear meshed with the drive gear.
