PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine that does not decrease excitement and enjoyment of a game in a variable display. SOLUTION: When this game machine reproduces a series of moving images across variable displays of special symbols a plurality of times, as substitute for a variable display of decoration symbols to be executed on an image display device 42, corresponding to variable displays of special symbols executed to a special symbol display 41 a plurality of times, and executes a final variable display out of the variable displays of the special symbols executed the plurality of times, this game machine reports a performance result according to the display result of the final variable display and executes a collective performance as if a variable display is executed once, so as to simplify the performance display executed on the image display device 42, draw a player's attention by the series of moving images different from the regular variable display of decoration symbols and prevent the excitement and enjoyment of the game.
