PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spread a foamable resin raw material to each corner between a base material and a surface material in a cavity. SOLUTION: A raw material-injecting frame 29 having an injection inlet 29d through which the foamable resin raw material is injected during molding is extendedly mounted in a recessed and curved part formed in the middle of the rear end margin of a vehicle in correspondence with a panel engagement portion of the base material 3. The raw material-injecting frame 29 is made to contact with a surface material 19 to seal the contact part, and a raw material injection passage 35 is formed between the raw material-injecting frame 29 and the surface material 19. An eaves-like protrusion is integrally formed in the recessed and curved part excluding a portion corresponding to the raw material-injecting frame and in the rear of the vehicle so that the portion corresponding to the raw material-injecting frame 29 may be notched. A vertical wall with which the end of the surface material 19 contacts to seal the contact part is downward continuously integrally formed at the end of the eaves-like protrusion. The foamable resin raw material is injected from the injection inlet 29d via the raw material passage 35 to the space between the base material 3 and the surface material 19 to form an integrated foamed body 21.
