PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device that suppresses electrification occurring in a rotation body due to sliding with a slide member and suppresses image disturbance caused by the electrification. SOLUTION: For example, the fixing device 28 is configured such that a heat roll 30 and a pressure belt 40 are disposed opposite to each other and the pressure belt 40 is pressed to the heat roll 30 by a pressing pad 50 (pressing member) disposed on the circumferentially internal part of the belt 40. In the fixing device 28, the conductive slide sheet 60 (slide member) is disposed between the internally circumferential surface of the pressure belt 40 (second rotation body) and the pressing pad 50 (pressing member). A conductive lubricant is interposed between the internally circumferential surface of the pressure belt 40(second rotation body) and the conductive slide sheet 60 (slide member).
