The frame has bars (4) arranged in a rectangular frame (1) transverse to a longitudinal- and/or couch direction, where the bars are laterally accommodated in a casing (5) and are supported in a longitudinal beam (2) of the frame. The casing partially projects the beam. A longitudinally movable rail (7) is provided in the longitudinal beam, and has a profiled ridge that is arranged below the casing projecting the longitudinal beam. The ridge has a longitudinal profile that is complementary to a contour of a straight lying human body, where the profile is turned toward the casing. |
