PURPOSE: A photographing apparatus for the information read removes the necessity of the low pass filter calculation about image. In that way the image processing time is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A piezo actuator transfers the image sensor to the initial position A(S11). The exposure of the image sensor is started in the position A(S13). If the measurement time t of the timer is the greater, the piezo actuator transfers the image sensor to the location B. If the measurement time t is the greater, the piezo actuator transfers the image sensor to the location C(S16, S17).
