PURPOSE: A packing container including a waterproof surface and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the volume of liquid foods and liquid contents using a plastic bag folded with a corrugated cardboard as one body. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a packing container(30) including a waterproof surface comprises the following steps: obtaining a waterproof solvent by dissolving a styrofoam foaming form with orange oil in a ratio of 10~5:1; obtaining a corrugated packing material with a waterproof property by coating the outer surface of a corrugated paperboard with the waterproof solvent; attaching a plastic bag in the inside of the corrugated packing material as one body, and folding the plastic bag and the corrugated packing material along a folding unit; storing liquid foods or liquid contents in the plastic bag by spreading the corrugated packing material; and dividing the corrugated packing material and the plastic bag to discard.
