<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a flat panel display device capable of improving product reliability, and capable of simplifying a manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the flat panel display device includes a step of laminating a thermosetting resin film 2 on a sealing substrate K1, a step of sticking the sealing substrate K1 laminated with the thermosetting resin film 2 and an element substrate K2 having a light emitting device 3 in a pressure reduction atmosphere with a sealing material 1 of a frame shape of enclosing the thermosetting resin film 2 in between, by setting the thermosetting resin film 2 and the light emitting device 3 on the inside, a step of joining the sealing substrate K1 and the element substrate K2 in the pressure reduction atmosphere by the sealing material 1 positioned between the stuck sealing substrate K1 and element substrate K2, and a step of heating and curing the thermosetting resin film 2 positioned between the stuck sealing substrate K1 and element substrate K2 in an air pressure atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
