<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality of information shared by supporting creation of text information to be associated with video content, thereby improving convenience of a system. <P>SOLUTION: In a first storage means, first text information including at least one link having an identifier of video content and time of a first scene of the video content is stored. Scene description based on a character string near a link of the first scene is extracted by character processing from the first text information. The scene description is stored together with a link of the first scene, in a second storage means. Second text information including a link of a second scene of the video content is created. By designating the link of the first scene, the scene description is obtained from the second storage means.
