<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of improving the accuracy of channel estimation without complicating calculation processing on a receiver side. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a communication apparatus 10, mounted on a mobile body, including: a vehicle speed detecting section 12 for detecting a moving speed of the communication apparatus 10; a transmission frame generating section 14 for determining a frame length as the length of a frame in accordance with the vehicle speed detected by the vehicle speed detecting section 12, and generating a transmission frame having the frame length of the length of the entire frame; and a transmission section 17 for transmitting the transmission frame generated by the transmission frame generating section 14.
