<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating element which is thin, whose running cost is low, which can easily heat the whole surface of a roll uniformly and which generates ions, and to provide the rotary roll and a part for office equipment. <P>SOLUTION: In the heating element, a heat generating material mainly composed of an oxidation compound of tin (Sn) and lead (Pb) and generating heat by power supply is provided on a sheet-like substrate, and an ion generator or an ion generator and a far infrared generator are provided on the surface of the heat generating material. The surface of the heat generating material is covered with a sheet-like protective material and the ion generator or the ion generator and the far infrared generator are provided on the surface of the heat generating material or on the outer surface of the protective material. The ion generator is made of metal and the far infrared generator is made of ceramics. The ion generator and the far infrared generator are laminated on the surface of the heat generating material or on the outer surface of the protective material in the form of foil, a nonwoven fabric, a thin film, powder, a film or a sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
