<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction heating type cake mixer effective in producing confectioneries or breads. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic induction heating type cake mixer includes a bowl for housing a material hung through a bowl receiving frame in a fixed state at a middle height position of a mixer body frame, a box for stirring actions loaded with a driving source of a material stirrer facing to the position just above the bowl, and a box for heating actions comprising an electromagnetic induction heater facing to the position, and built therein similarly just under the bowl. The box for the stirring actions and the box for the heating actions are drivably connected and linked so as to lift and lower simultaneously at a stroke relatively to the bowl kept in the fixed state in the direction opposing to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
